Brit's Softball

Brittany played softball again this year and had a wonderful experience. She had great coaches who she just loved and really good kids on her team. It was such a fun season and she even got to pitch a little bit, which was fun for her. She plays short-stop most of the time and also plays 1st base. She made some amazing plays this year and if she got on base, she almost always scored! She's really fast and she's a good listener....her coaches really loved her and it was a really fun year for her. It was also fun that our friend, Raychel Jackman, played on her team so that was fun to be able to watch the games with Rob & Staci. We love their family and it was fun to have them there too. I absolutely love softball season....this year was especially nice because it didn't heat up like it usually does and that made it even more fun. Avery and Carson are so great to just hang out at the ball park and we all gained a little weight because there's something about eating nachos and drinking coke while watching softball. We also went through many a bag of sunflower seeds. Our chairs were always in the back of the car and we were just fine with eating dinner at 9:00 on Tues & Thurs. What a fun season and a great way to spend our time. I love that it's something that we all do together and we're looking forward to next year!
