Bailey's Softball

Bailey had a good season too. We didn't quite have the experience she had the year before.....but she made the most of it. She had a little bit of a hard time this year because of coaches and such, but she really had a great season. It was hard to watch the team not live up to their potential but she had some really cute girls on her team. They were all very supportive of each other and it was fun to watch her improve. She really wanted to try catching this year, which she did near the end of the season and she was really good at it. We teased her because she mostly got walked because the pitchers had a hard time finding her strike zone. It got to a point that she just let them walk her....when she got on base, she almost always scored and I loved to watch her slide. She also had some great plays this year and I'm looking forward to her having a better experience next year because she really loves softball....we'll try to get her a little better opportunity next year and hopefully she'll thrive and look forward to playing like she did last year. We sure loved watching her play and there's nothing cuter than these girls in these baseball uniforms, right? I love it!
